Welcome to NE8XT. By using our services, platforms, or AI assistants (integrated via WhatsApp, Facebook, or web), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Description of Service
NE8XT provides AI-powered automated assistants designed to help Moroccan businesses handle FAQs, client communication, and appointment scheduling in Darija, French, and English.
2. AI Disclaimer (No Liability for AI Mistakes)
Our assistants are powered by advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and voice processing tools. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Evolving Technology: AI is an evolving technology and can occasionally generate inaccurate information, translation errors in local dialects (such as Darija), or scheduling overlaps ("hallucinations").
- Client Responsibility: NE8XT acts as a tool. The Business Client is solely responsible for verifying important business information, final booking schedules, and pricing.
- No Indirect Liability: NE8XT is not liable for any direct or indirect business losses, lost revenue, or customer relationship issues resulting from an error made by the AI.
3. User Obligations & Permitted Use
You agree not to use our AI assistants to:
- Send spam, abusive, or unsolicited promotional messages.
- Collect user data without proper consent.
- Attempt to bypass, hack, or overload our API integrations (including WhatsApp, Facebook, Vapi, or n8n).
4. Fees and Payments
All subscriptions and pay-as-you-go fees (including Vapi usage fees and API maintenance costs) are billed according to your chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
