User Data Deletion Instructions
Official instructions for requesting removal of stored tokens, Meta account identifiers, and conversation histories from NE8XT.
Overview & Meta Data Rights
According to Meta Platform terms and Moroccan Law No. 09-08, users have the absolute right to request the deletion of their personal data, page access tokens, and chat histories stored by NE8XT. If you disconnect NE8XT from your Facebook Page or WhatsApp Business Account, or if you wish to remove all associated records, follow the simple instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
Direct Email Request (Recommended)
You can directly submit a data deletion request to our dedicated privacy officers. Please include your phone number, Meta Page ID, or account email.

Subject Line: Data Deletion Request - [Your Name / Business Name]
Our team will verify your identity, revoke all active tokens, and purge all conversation database records within 48 hours.
Removing NE8XT from your Facebook Account
If you connected NE8XT via Facebook Login or Meta Business Manager:
- Log in to your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Go to Business Integrations or Apps and Websites.
- Locate NE8XT in the list of active applications.
- Click Remove. This immediately revokes NE8XT's access token and triggers automatic server cleanup.
Data Included in Permanent Deletion
Page Access Tokens
All stored Meta access tokens and webhook secret keys are permanently invalidated.
Conversation & Voice Logs
All customer chat messages, audio files, and transcripts in PostgreSQL are deleted.
User Identifiers
WhatsApp WAIDs, Facebook PSIDs, phone numbers, and profile names are completely cleared.
Confirmation Report
You will receive a confirmation code and status report upon request completion.
