Text messages, voice notes, and audio recordings sent to our AI assistant by users.

IP addresses, automation logs, and routing data processed through our workflows.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data strictly to:
- Automate customer service, answer FAQ questions, and book appointments.
- Convert voice to text and text to speech for local language processing (Darija, French, and English).
- Maintain and optimize our systems, flows, and automated scripts.
3. Third-Party Services & Sub-Processors
To run our advanced AI, we must securely share messages and voice recordings with our core technology partners. These third parties only use the data to process the requests:
Meta Platforms (WhatsApp & Facebook APIs)
For routing messages securely.

For connecting our system automations.
Vapi
For voice processing and voice agent features.
AI LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud)
To process and generate responses using GPT, Claude, and Gemini.
